Returns
At this time, we do not process any returns once an order has been shipped. All sales are final once the order is shipped.
Refunds
Before Shipment
- If you change your mind before your order has been shipped, we can issue a full refund. Simply contact us at blokbuddiesofficial@blokbuddies.com as soon as possible to request the cancellation.
After Shipment

Monetary refunds will not be issued once the order has been shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages

United States Orders:
- If your package is lost during transit and we are able to verify the issue, we will send you a replacement Blok Buddy within 5 business days.
- If your package is marked as delivered but is stolen, Blok Buddies is not responsible and will not send a replacement.

International Orders:
- Blok Buddies is not responsible for lost or stolen international shipments once they have left our facility.
- Customers must work with their local carrier or customs office to resolve any shipping issues.
Address Errors
- Incorrect Shipping Address: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If you provide an incorrect address, contact us immediately at blokbuddiesofficial@blokbuddies.com before your order ships. We will attempt to correct the address, but no correction is guaranteed once the order has been processed.
- Wrong Address After Shipping: Blok Buddies is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
