Blok Buddies Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Blok Buddies! Below is our detailed shipping policy to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for both U.S. and international customers.
Shipping Locations
Blok Buddies ships within the United States and to select international countries.
- To check if we ship to your country, please use our shipping calculator at https://blokbuddies.com/cart.
- If your country is not listed, we currently do not offer shipping to that location.
Shipping Costs
United States Orders
- Flat Rate Shipping: A flat shipping fee is applied to all orders under $35.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders totaling $35 or more.
International Orders
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, destination, and country-specific regulations.
- Customs duties and import fees will also be calculated at checkout, but any additional taxes or fees imposed upon arrival are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 – 5 business days.
- Expedited order processing is not available at this time.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Orders will arrive based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, and local delivery services.
Shipping Confirmation and Notifications
- Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped.
- A second email will notify the customer when their package has been marked as delivered.
Lost or Stolen Packages
United States Orders
- Lost Packages: If a package is lost in transit and cannot be located, a replacement Blok Buddy will be sent within 5 business days after verifying the claim. Proof of the lost package is required.
- Stolen Packages: If a package is marked as delivered but is stolen, Blok Buddies is not responsible and will not provide a replacement. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location.
International Orders
- Blok Buddies is not responsible for lost or stolen international shipments once they have left our facility.
- Customers must work with their local carrier or customs office to resolve any shipping issues.
Address Verification
- Customers are responsible for verifying their shipping address at checkout.

Incorrect Address: If an incorrect address is provided, customers must contact us at blokbuddiesofficial@blokbuddies.com immediately.
- We will attempt to correct the address before shipment, but no correction is guaranteed.
- Blok Buddies is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Import Fees (International Orders Only)
- Customs duties and import fees are calculated at checkout, based on the destination country’s regulations.
- Any additional taxes or import fees imposed upon arrival are the customer’s responsibility.
- If an order is returned due to unpaid customs fees, Blok Buddies will not issue a refund or resend the order.
